The guarantee covers every dollar you fund into your Z Traders account, whether paid by card, cryptocurrency, or through a Buy Now Pay Later partner (Affirm, Klarna, Zip, Sezzle). It also covers your Z Academy enrollment. If you paid in installments through a BNPL provider, we will coordinate the refund so you are made whole, including canceling any remaining scheduled payments.
Your 30 days begin on the date your deposit was credited. Requesting a refund is as simple as contacting our support team through the in-app Support Center or Live Chat with the email address on your account. You don't need to fill out any forms, provide explanations, or wait for approval committees.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method whenever possible. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Crypto refunds are sent back to your originating wallet. BNPL refunds are processed with your provider so that any payments already made are returned and remaining installments are canceled.
Trading gains and losses on your account are yours and remain yours. The 30-day guarantee applies to the money you funded, so your refund is calculated from your deposited amount, not your current trading balance. Any profit you've earned stays with you, and any trading losses do not reduce the amount we refund you.
